Policy Objective
RC Brown Capital is committed to fair and transparent complaint resolution in line with SEC Rules.
Submission of Compliance
Channels:
Complaints may be submitted via:
• Online portal
• Written correspondence
• In-person meetings
• Telephone or email service
Acknowledgement
Complaints must be acknowledged within 24 hours.
Investigation
Complaints shall be reviewed by the Compliance Department.
Resolution
The Company aims to resolve complaints within 7-14 business days.
Escalation
Where unresolved, complainants may escalate to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Nigeria.
