Responsibilities
Business Growth:
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities in line with RCBC’s investment thesis.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure and progress opportunities to execution.
Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional counterparties and strategic partners.
- Support investor engagement and coordinate required materials for outreach.
Reporting:
- Provide regular pipeline and activity updates to leadership.
- Track conversion metrics and ensure accountability for commercial targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in business development, partnerships, or investments.
- Demonstrated success building pipelines and converting opportunities.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of market dynamics and sector opportunities.
- Ability to prepare clear investment/business materials for engagement.
- Strong time management across multiple concurrent stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Relevant qualifications are an advantage.
